Wedding Special

With this special, you can rent any bus for $800 (plus tip). This deal includes 50 miles and 4 hours. Use of bus must cease by 5:00 p.m. Time and mileage starts and ends at our lot.

Wedding Bus

If you’re considering renting a bus for a wedding, rest assured that it is an affordable necessity that will make the day flow much more smoothly. Instead of charging an outrageous hourly fee with a three-hour minimum, we charge one flat party bus fee per event (you will pay our driver’s fee at the end of the day based on the number of hours he or she was with you). Here’s how a typical rental from us works.

Before the Wedding

Before the wedding starts, our driver will pick up the bride and bridesmaids (unlimited pickups) in the party bus rental or Tipsy Trolley and shuttle them to their hair and make-up appointments. Once they are prepared and ready to go, the driver will then transport them to the church or wedding venue. This allows for a relaxed, fun morning where all the women can travel and enjoy the experience together.

Meanwhile, as the women are preparing hair and make-up, the driver will pick up the groom and groomsmen and transport them on the bus or Tipsy Trolley to any morning activities. Sometimes the men will play a round of golf before the wedding or go together for a shave at the barber’s. Once their activities are finished, we will transport them to the venue. A wedding party bus ensures that everyone arrives on time to the correct destination and lets them enjoy the experience together.

After the Wedding

After the ceremony is over, our bus is then available to shuttle the wedding party around the locale for pictures. Nothing could be more convenient. The bride will not have to struggle from place to place with her shoes and dress dragging through dirt, grass, and possibly water. Whether cold or hot, rain or shine, she’ll be picture perfect and protected from the elements. Once the pictures are finished, the entire bridal party will then board the bus to be transported to the reception. If needed, we can also shuttle guests home at the end of the day with some extra wedding transportation.
